Qualifications

• 5+ years' software programming experience.
• Full Stack development with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, AJAX.
• Experience leading development of customer-facing websites.
• Strong REST/SOAP API experience (XML, JSON).
• Salesforce platform and development experience.
• End-to-end system delivery experience including integrations and data migration.
• Proficient in data modeling and design patterns.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background (coaching, JIRA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, modifies, implements, and supports software components built on Salesforce with integrations to multiple systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on planning, estimation, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect to define end-to-end solutions.
• Create high fidelity designs for new components and experiences.
• Contribute to leadership of the Salesforce team and best practices.
• Identify process improvements and develop new processes with the team and architects.
• Work across Client Digital to scope, design, and implement integrations.
• Resolve complex issues with practical, permanent technical solutions.
• Stay current with new technologies and advise team accordingly.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and management; maintain critical 24x7x365 site/system.
