Ford Credit is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join an agile team, designing and delivering scalable Salesforce-based solutions on the Force.com platform. You will develop Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning components, build integrations, and mentor engineers to align with business objectives.

The role emphasizes security, testing, and collaboration across Product and Tech teams, with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and ongoing Salesforce innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE/CE/CS or related field.
• 5+ years of Force.com Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, Omni Script, Flex Cards, JavaScript, and ReactJS or similar.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• OO design patterns and Salesforce SOQL/SOSL expertise.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions to support business objectives.
• Customize, develop, and support Force.com applications and integrations.
• Lead architecture discussions and mentor engineers on best practices.
• Create and maintain test classes and ensure secure, scalable code.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate requirements into assets.
