Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated enterprise apps.

The role emphasizes Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and API-based integrations with SAP/ERP systems, ensuring secure, high-performing CRM capabilities and data quality. Knowledge of governance and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/SE or related technical discipline.
• 7-9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST, SOAP, middleware, and API-based technologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, data modeling, sharing rules, and governance best practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and other certifications preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with CPQ, KBMax, Xactly, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities (Einstein).
• Experience supporting global organizations and large-scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and related technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, marketing).
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and system testing to ensure high quality, secure solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, data quality, and platform scalability.
• Support release management activities including deployment planning and governance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and propose innovative capabilities.
