Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Engineer to drive complex implementations and maintain a scalable Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and enforcing technical standards.

Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of Salesforce experience, strong skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components, and the capability to guide integrations with other systems.

Compensation includes a base salary of $156,000 – $173,000, additional benefits, and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record in complex solution design and implementation.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or Architect certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Guide integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
