Ford Motor Company, headquartered in Dearborn, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Ford Credit to design and deliver scalable Salesforce-based solutions on the Force.com platform. You will work within an agile team to align technology with business objectives.

You will develop Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript, drive integrations, mentor peers, and ensure robust testing while keeping pace with Salesforce releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of programming and Force.com Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, Omni Script, Flex Cards, JavaScript (ES6), ReactJS or similar.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities.
• Strong OO design and software development fundamentals.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and support solutions on the force.com platform.
• Drive Salesforce enhancements and integrations to automate business processes.
• Develop Apex and JavaScript to extend Salesforce features and UI.
• Mentor engineers and ensure code quality with automated tests.
