Job summary

Ford Motor Credit Company seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join an agile team building trusted Salesforce-based products. You’ll design, implement and deliver scalable solutions on the Force.com platform, including Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, and integrations with internal systems.

The role emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and staying current with Salesforce releases. A strong background in Salesforce Cloud, OO design, and security is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, Electronics or related field.
• 5+ years of Force.com Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Omni Script, Flex Cards, JavaScript, ReactJS.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Communities.
• Strong OO design patterns and security model understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop on the Force.com platform with Apex, Visualforce and LWCs.
• Lead Salesforce architecture decisions and secure, scalable solutions.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and internal systems.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
