Become a part of our caring community

The Senior Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Senior Software Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

We are seeking a highly accountable and innovative Senior Salesforce Engineer who thrives on solving complex business problems through technology. Beyond writing code, this individual serves as a strategic problem solver, trusted advisor, and platform expert who can connect business objectives with scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role requires someone who can operate independently, influence technical direction, make sound architectural decisions, and consistently execute in a fast-paced environment without requiring extensive oversight.

They are expected to identify opportunities, challenge existing processes, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the Salesforce ecosystem. Rather than simply executing requirements, this engineer actively partners with stakeholders to understand root causes, anticipate future needs, and deliver solutions that create long-term value.

We value builders, innovators, critical thinkers, and owners who take pride in getting things done and delivering measurable impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, architects, and engineering teams
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple solution options and make sound technical decisions
