Bishop Gold Group is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Westwood team on-site in Los Angeles. You will support sales and client operations by building, optimizing, and securing Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will design and implement scalable functionality, automate processes, create dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and user adoption as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce development, configuration, automation, workflows, data management, and reporting.
• Experience designing and supporting complex business system integrations.
• Strong object-oriented development experience.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience working with large datasets and maintaining data integrity at scale.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset to improve systems, processes, and user experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver Salesforce enhancements.
• Architect, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions for a growing business.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automation.
• Develop and deploy custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.
• Manage users, profiles, security, roles, and access.
• Develop and maintain Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Handle data integrity and large-record environments.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on integrations.
• Ensure changes are tested, deployed on schedule, and documented.
