Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on with LWC, Aura, Apex and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and out-of-the-box features.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Flosum, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata API and ANT Migration Tool.
• REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce Workbench experience.
• Strong OOP concepts and application design.
• Experience using Copilot or GenAI development tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce apps using LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce.
• Design solutions using out-of-the-box features, configurations, and code.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal platforms and external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Use Git-based or CI/CD workflows and DevOps tools to manage deployments.
• Leverage Copilot and GenAI tools to boost developer productivity.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with distributed teams, tech leads, and architecture teams.
• Participate in requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and documentation.
