United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to design and implement integrations, develop reusable modules, and drive ongoing platform improvements. You will work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, contributing to architecture decisions and code quality across the team.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, hands-on development with Apex/Lightning, and strong collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience preferred in Salesforce platform.
• Hands on experience with Application Design and Software Development.
• Demonstrates proficiency in platform and develops reusable software modules/components.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Develops operational efficiencies, including Code refactoring and continuous improvement, building consistent development practices.
• M akes implementation decisions with minimal supervision.
• Suggests process improvements and best practices.
• Understands core principles including OOP, data security, data relationship and object modelling, sharing model, Apex, Lightning, and admin low code capabilities.
• Actively participate in all scrum ceremonies and voice out their opinion.
• Able to analyze business requirements and come up with an implementation plan.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions with integrations to external systems.
• Develop and maintain reusable code modules and components.
• Lead or participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Drive CI/CD practices and code quality through tooling (GitHub, Jenkins).
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable implementation plans.
