Job summary

Chandra Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and customize Salesforce solutions for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team at the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget.

Hybrid role; onsite two days a week (Tue/Wed) near Lansing, with candidates within 90 miles of Lansing preferred. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, guiding release cycles, ensuring security standards, and delivering value through Salesforce technology.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years developing within Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura, HTML5, JavaScript.
• 5+ years experience with Service Cloud.
• 5+ years with Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
• Experience with GoMeddo Scheduling customization or similar scheduling products.
• Experience with Conga Composer.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements for new projects and future enhancements with stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements align with customer needs and performance goals.
• Own release cycles and deploy updates to applications.
• Maintain technical leadership for project environments.
• Develop internal guidelines and ensure adherence by the team.
• Collaborate with other systems for cross‑domain integration.
• Adhere to SOM security guidelines throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate technical concepts to executives and influence decisions.
• Devise training plans for smooth transitions to maintenance.
