Job summary

DECAL seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to support agency-wide Salesforce integrations and mentor junior developers. The role focuses on government system implementations, with on-site in Georgia and a hybrid work arrangement.

The initial contract runs through this fiscal year with potential renewal; in-person meetings are mandatory. Responsibilities include designing and deploying custom apps with Apex, LWC, and Aura; managing data models and SOQL; building REST/SOAP integrations; and leading

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce integrations.
Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical sessions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce apps using Apex, Visualforce, LWC and Aura.
Create and manage Salesforce objects/fields; write SOQL/SOSL; ensure data integrity.
Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
Configure Salesforce settings, roles, permissions, and Lightning flows.
Identify bugs, provide end-user support, and monitor system performance.
Lead technical design sessions and mentor junior developers.
