Job summary

Monogram Health seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to support Salesforce HealthCloud, Service Cloud, Field Lightning Service, and Marketing Cloud. You will partner with Salesforce Administrators/Developers to translate business needs into scalable solutions and maintain high-quality code and documentation.

The role requires mastery of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Lightning, plus experience with APIs, version control, and CI/CD tools, while upholding HIPAA and SOC2 security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
• Five+ years of Salesforce development experience with HealthCloud/Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Experience with large data sets, bulkification, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce is needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to validate requirements and review technical designs.
• Conduct peer review of designed builds and ensure quality through testing.
• Develop/Review Apex classes/triggers and extend Salesforce with Visualforce/LWC as needed.
• Build/maintain custom UIs including Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and maintain code documentation and tests.
