Job summary

SMARTFOX in New York City is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead enterprise CRM development for the Business Banking platform. You will own hands-on work with Apex, LWC, and Triggers while coordinating with stakeholders on scalable solutions.

The role is an individual contributor position with potential leadership opportunities based on experience, and requires strong data-volume handling and architectural insight. NYC commuting preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise-level Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Triggers.
• Experience participating in solution design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CRM solutions for the Business Banking platform.
• Build and release new features and enhancements based on business requirements.
• Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Triggers.
• Participate in solution design, architecture, and development activities.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, features, and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leaders.
• Understand and address challenges associated with large data volumes within Salesforce CRM.
• Develop scalable and efficient solutions to support enterprise-level business requirements.
• Communicate project progress, technical solutions, and challenges effectively with stakeholders.
