Job summary

Simplus US in San Ramon, CA seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer (CPQ) to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires deep hands-on Salesforce development, CPQ configuration, and experience with quotes, pricing, approvals, and CLM.

You will collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions, ensure security, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Asynchronous Apex, Test Classes).
• Solid experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security models.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns.
• Good CPQ knowledge, including product configurations, pricing strategies, discounting, approvals, quote templates, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience with Logik.io or other advanced configuration engines for complex product and pricing configurations is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
