What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Own the transformation to a code‑first Salesforce architecture and lead the migration from low‑code automations to a governed, Apex‑based services framework
• Build AI‑augmented engineering workflows and embed automation and intelligence into the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Design secure, compliant systems at scale, developing high‑performance Apex and Lightning Web Components with strict security and governance standards
• Architect complex integrations and data flows while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support large‑scale migrations and workflows
• Lead in a fast‑paced environment with end‑to‑end ownership from architecture through deployment and support

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Aura
• Strong experience modernizing Salesforce environments and building secure, resilient enterprise‑grade systems
• Advanced integration and platform expertise, including REST/SOAP APIs, async/event‑driven patterns, and Salesforce APIs
• Proficiency in modern development practices such as SFDX, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
• Salesforce Developer II certification, with demonstrated experience leading development initiatives and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 5+ years of experience in solution or application architecture within complex enterprise environments
• Experience leading large‑scale automation modernization initiatives, such as Flow to Apex migrations
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled development tools like GitHub Copilot and Einstein for Developers
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect)
• Experience with CPQ and/or CLM implementations
