Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce experience.
Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Exposure to BFSI/Financial Services industry.
Strong security and data access knowledge.
Agile development and code reviews.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations and integrations.
Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and stakeholders.
Maintain Salesforce data integrity, security, sharing, and access models.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical planning, and solution design.
Follow Salesforce and industry best practices.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
