Job summary

The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to lead a team while delivering scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and design.
• Experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and clarify the scope and complexity of project requirements.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and meet overall business requirements.
• Manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance.
• Lead code review sessions to ensure quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new technologies.
