Wesley Financial Group in Franklin, TN seeks a full-time Salesforce Architect/Sr. Administrator to lead a 350-user Salesforce org. You will work with the platform engineering team on the Wesley Client Portal and future options, leveraging Claude Code and AI to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

You will manage integrations with NetSuite, Five9, and other systems, maintain security controls, and guide deployment with Copado. A strong emphasis on debt reduction and production stability is required.

Formación

• 6+ years hands-on Salesforce experience owning a production org
• Deep knowledge of Flow, Apex, and SOQL
• Ability to use AI tools to speed solution design
• Experience paying down technical debt without production impact
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms via REST/Bulk APIs and middleware

Responsabilidades

• Architect and secure the Salesforce org, set target-state design, data model, and roadmap
• Act as design authority and push back on solutions risking future debt
• Maintain security/sharing model, SSO, and least-privilege access
• Build and maintain Flows and Apex, including AI-assisted tooling
• Set review standards, test coverage, and Copado deployment controls
• Identify and clean up technical debt and aging Apex
• Keep AppExchange apps healthy (DocuSign, Omnito, etc.)
• Manage backups, archiving, and sandbox seeding with OwnBackup
• Advise on cost-effective AppExchange apps or in-house rebuild
