Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced Salesforce Architecture professional to design and implement multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. You will lead data strategy, identity resolution, and real-time segmentation using Data Cloud (Data 360) and SFMC, while building robust integrations with REST/SOAP and middleware tools.

You will guide a hybrid team of onshore/offshore resources and help ensure security, performance, and scalability across complex enterprise

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in Salesforce ecosystem, Architect or Senior Engineer level preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SFMC - Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder.
• Experience with Data Cloud / Data360 - ingestion, mapping, unification, activation.
• Cross-cloud integrations bridging SFMC with Sales and Service Clouds.
• SQL, data flow design, and complex audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with core Salesforce development (Apex & Lightning Web Components).
• Experience with B2B/B2C lead and case management processes.
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Data Cloud Consultant).

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own end-to-end multi-cloud solution design bridging Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines and real-time segmentation.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into architectures.
• Provide technical leadership to a hybrid onshore/offshore team.
• Lead code/design reviews and promote best practices for performance and security.
