Job summary

ManpowerGroup, the leading global workforce solutions company, is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. You will own the architecture and design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce architecture expertise, strong data modeling skills, and the confidence to lead technical discussions, resolve delivery roadblocks, and drive high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

8–10 years of solutions architecture experience with SFDC architecture.
Salesforce Architecture Certification (Architecture Track) required.
Proficiency with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC and Force.com.
Strong data modeling across Salesforce clouds/products.
DevOps experience for CI/CD; proven large Salesforce project delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide architecture and design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects.
Create prototypes and proofs of concept to define requirements and validate solutions.
Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and determine when custom solutions are needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best implementation strategies.
Architect and deliver a robust data model and drive quality delivery, resolving roadblocks.
