Job summary

The role emphasizes code quality, test coverage, and end-to-end deployment using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines in an onsite setting in Columbus.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience in IT or related field.

• Development experience on Salesforce Platform.

Position Details:

• Development: Develop high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
• Platform Configuration: Build declarative solutions utilizing Salesforce automation tools, primarily advanced Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls.
• Maintenance& Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex softwareerrors, application bottlenecks, and data integration issues.
• CodeQuality & Best Practices: Maintain clean, well-documented code. Writerobust test classes to achieve high code coverage (minimum 75-80%) andparticipate in peer code reviews.
• DevOps& Deployment: Manage application lifecycles, sandbox environments, and deployment cycles using version control tools (GitHub) and CI/CD deployment tools.

Required/Desired Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

Development experience on Salesforce Platform

Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and data migration tools.
