Job summary

Flosum is seeking a visionary Senior Salesforce Technical Business Analyst who lives and breathes the Salesforce ecosystem. You will own the product roadmap for Flosum’s Salesforce-native DevSecOps, data protection, and security platform, partnering with the CEO and engineering leadership.

You will translate enterprise needs into compelling product capabilities, define and track KPIs, and drive multi-year strategy across five product lines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in B2B SaaS with Salesforce focus.
• Deep technical understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
• Proven ability to ship products adopted by Fortune 500 and regulated industries.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security tooling.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX, Apex, Lightning, and ecosystem players.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year product roadmaps across five product lines.
• Translate enterprise needs into product capabilities and KPIs.
• Write PRDs, own sprint planning, and coordinate with engineering.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and customers to shape strategy.
• Monitor adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
