What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Service Cloud administration, deployments, and sandbox management
- Provide technical support to internal analysts and customer community users
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience in the Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration, and support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with governance practices in Salesforce environments with multiple teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of the Copado Dev Ops platform
