What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Service Cloud administration, deployments, and sandbox management
  • Provide technical support to internal analysts and customer community users
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Manage security settings and data migration efforts related to M&A activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience in the Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration, and support
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with governance practices in Salesforce environments with multiple teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
