Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. in Cracow is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator focused on Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing). You will own quote-to-cash processes across hardware, software and subscriptions and drive automation through Salesforce Flow.

The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce administration with CPQ experience, strong integration skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Hybird work 2–3 days in the Cracow office with Europe travel opportunities included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• At least 3 years working with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud expertise.
• Experience managing subscription-based models and lifecycle events.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve Salesforce CPQ & Billing for end-to-end quote-to-cash workflows.
• Configure product catalogues, bundles, pricing rules and approvals.

Job Overview

Join a global technology organisation that designs and delivers hardware, connected software and digital services used by millions worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator – Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) to own and enhance Revenue Cloud capabilities that support complex quote-to-cash processes across hardware, software and subscription offerings. This role is based in Cracow, Poland and follows a hybrid working model (preferred 2–3 days/week in the office).

Responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve Salesforce CPQ & Billing to support end-to-end quote-to-cash workflows.
• Configure and maintain product catalogues, bundles, pricing rules and approval processes.
• Design and implement advanced automations using Salesforce Flow to streamline commercial operations.
• Support subscription lifecycle management, including renewals, upgrades and billing events.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and ERP/enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and process reliability.
• Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, best practices and knowledge-sharing across the platform team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce administration experience.
• At least 3 years working with Salesforce CPQ and demonstrable Revenue Cloud expertise.
• Practical experience managing subscription-based commercial models and related lifecycle events.
• Strong skills building advanced Salesforce Flows and automations.
• Experience maintaining integrations with ERP or other enterprise systems.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• Higher education degree.
