We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of the advertising industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Exceptional storytelling skills are essential to effectively communicate our value proposition and engage customers. You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing leaders to craft positioning and messaging for specific verticals and clients. Additionally, you will create and develop sales tools and assess market trends. Your experience in the ad-tech space and your innovative approach will help us achieve our goals with start-up speed. Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase the sales pipeline and prospects by developing sales positioning, presentations and proposals that resonate with the buying audience
  • Create product collateral such as sales sheets and customer-facing presentations that informs and wins audiences to deliver meaningful revenue
  • Enable sales, SE’s, partners to sell by building effective sales tools and training materials, such as slide decks, and competitive positioning
  • Author original content that will be used by the marketing team to create external facing material such as whitepapers, videos, blog posts
  • Develop the competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organizations
  • Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building
  • Develop customer references, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use
  • Drive product adoption and up-sell/cross-sell strategies
  • Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts
  • Conduct win/loss interviews and perform ongoing analysis to determine the level of customer product adoption and provide feedback to the product team

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required)
  • 7+ years of experience in ad-tech delivering successful, holistic product marketing content, sales strategy and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue
  • Advertising Agency experience is a plus

  • Deep Understanding of the Advertising Industry: Extensive knowledge of advertising trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively drive marketing strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, sales metrics, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Exceptional Storytelling Skills: Proficiency in crafting compelling narratives that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and engage customers
  • Experience in the Ad-Tech Space: Demonstrated experience working within the ad-tech industry, with a solid understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities
  • Innovative Approach: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and preferences
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities, maintaining effectiveness in a fast-paced environment

Base Pay Range: $119,600 - $215,700
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
