Job summary

Caleres, a global footwear company, is seeking a Manager, Sales Planning in St. Louis, MO. You will create pre-season item and category plans that deliver brand growth objectives and collaborate on line plans to maximize key item sales; discuss changes to mix, flow, and price points.

You'll apply analytics to identify growth opportunities, develop seasonally balanced assortments, and partner with Account Executives to drive profitability across major brands.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business related field.
5+ years Sales, Sales Planning, or Analytics experience.
5+ years of total Retail/ Wholesale experience.

Responsibilities

Create pre-season item and category plans that deliver brand growth objectives.
Collaborate on line plan—providing direction to maximize key item sales; discuss changes to mix, flow, price points, etc.
Identify and grow key items that drove prior year wholesale and retail results to grow Brand footwear market share.
Identify product growth categories through higher analytics and develop category sales plan.
Prepare hindsight analysis leveraging assortment analytics to identify opportunities for future plans and strategies.
