• Develops and monitors prospective account success plans with leadership and SLA expectations.
• Identifies and recommends process improvements with timelines and change impacts.
• Engages with prospective customers to gather requirements and support onboarding deliverables.
• Maintains accurate Salesforce data and reporting for pipeline visibility and readiness.
• Supports aggregators and manages related documentation and stakeholder visibility.
