Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing, L.P. is seeking a Sales Planning Manager to lead forecasting, inventory planning, and reporting within the Sales Planning organization at the Daikin Texas Technology Park in Waller, Texas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in quantitative business analysis, forecasting, production planning, finance and cost accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, logistics, finance or accounting; APICS/CPA is a plus.
• Strong Excel, SQL, VBA and data analysis capabilities; experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and present to executives with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly sales forecast by model for product classes.
• Develop and manage inventory and demand planning by SKU and class.
• Prepare sales/margin reports and data integrity checks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize product flow.
• Support annual planning and tool development for planning processes.
• Analyze large datasets to drive production decisions.
