The Senior Sales Engineer (Sr. SE) serves as a strategic technical advisor and key partner to the Commercial Sales organization, driving revenue growth and customer retention through expert solution design, consultation, and implementation support. This role provides advanced pre-sales and post-sales technical leadership across complex voice, data, and video solutions.
The Sr. SE combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to translate customer requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Sr. SE engages with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to design, present, and implement tailored telecommunications and networking solutions. This role also provides Tier II/III technical support and contributes to product development initiatives, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $84,583 - $138,958 /year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
