Careers with WSFS Bank offer an inclusive and supportive culture, competitive salaries, advancement opportunities, and more. We are the region's locally headquartered bank and wealth management company. We are honored to consistently be named a Top Workplace by our Associates, who make a difference every day for the people, businesses, and Communities we serve. We Stand For Service® is more than part of our name, it’s our mission and our purpose.

The Consumer Sales Enablement Specialist is a strategic, field‑embedded enablement leader who drives sustained sales performance and client experience excellence across the Consumer Bank, including branches, contact center, home lending, business banking, and other Consumer‑facing channels. This role translates enterprise and Consumer Bank strategy into consistent frontline execution by activating high‑impact behaviors, strengthening coaching disciplines, reinforcing sales tools and CRM adoption, and closing skill gaps at scale. The Specialist operates as a trusted advisor to Consumer leaders, providing performance insights, influencing priorities, and shaping enablement solutions that drive measurable results. With a strong presence across the WSFS footprint, the Specialist gathers cross‑channel insights, identifies systemic opportunities, and partners closely with the Sales Enablement Manager and business stakeholders to continuously improve programs, tools, and processes. This role also serves as a technical and functional leader, modeling best practices and providing guidance to junior enablement colleagues. Regular travel across the WSFS footprint ensures strong field relationships and real‑time support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic enablement partner to Consumer leaders across channels, supporting enterprise campaigns, priority initiatives, and localized performance needs.
  • Participate in cross‑functional forums to share insights, influence direction, reinforce priorities, and ensure alignment between strategy and frontline execution.
  • Contribute thought leadership to the evolution of Consumer sales practices, tools, and performance management approaches.
  • Support Consumer Banking sales strategy execution through process optimization, performance insights, and enablement initiatives that enhance pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, productivity, and sales effectiveness across channels.
  • Partner with sales leaders, frontline teams, and business partners to identify business needs, evaluate opportunities, and support the implementation of tools, processes, and initiatives that improve sales performance and client outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics that provide actionable insights to executives, managers, and sales teams, enabling data‑driven decision making and effective performance management.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination between the field, sales leadership, and cross‑functional partners to ensure sales enablement solutions align with strategic priorities, operational needs, and user experience expectations.
  • Support adoption of sales processes, tools, and best practices through training, coaching, communications, and reinforcement activities that drive consistency, accountability, and sustain behavioral change.
  • Lead onsite and virtual field engagements across branches, contact center, and Consumer Bank functions to observe behaviors, diagnose performance gaps, and deliver targeted, actionable coaching.
  • Reinforce enterprise sales expectations, including discovery excellence, needs‑based conversations, digital engagement, consultative selling, and client experience standards.
  • Partner with Consumer leaders to strengthen coaching capability, support onboarding reinforcement, and accelerate development of new, transitioning, or underperforming Associates.
  • Drive consistent execution of sales rhythms (huddles, pipeline reviews, follow‑ups, coaching cadences) aligned to Consumer Bank priorities.
  • Design and facilitate targeted small‑group enablement sessions to address product knowledge gaps, objection handling, confidence building, and CRM behaviors.
  • Act as a visible role model for frontline excellence and modern sales practices.
  • Leverage dashboards and performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunity areas across the Consumer Bank ecosystem.
  • Translate field observations and data into concise insights, narratives, and recommendations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Track progress against enablement initiatives and adjust tactics based on outcomes and evolving business needs.
  • Inform leader coaching conversations by pairing data interpretation with suggested actions and behavioral focus areas.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in financial services, retail banking, or sales‑driven environments required.
  • Sales methodology, coaching, or enablement certifications are strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Banking, financial services sales enablement, sales leadership, coaching, performance management, or related roles.
  • Deep understanding of Consumer Banking sales and service delivery, including Mortgage, Retail Banking, Small Business/Business Banking, and Contact Center environments, with knowledge of the unique sales processes, client journeys, and performance drivers within each channel.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across diverse sales organizations and align strategies, coaching, and execution practices that support consistent performance across multiple Consumer Banking channels.
