A leading school dining services provider is seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive market growth in the K-12 sector across the Eastern and Western United States. The successful candidate will cultivate new business opportunities, develop key client relationships, and lead the sales process with a focus on accountability and growth. Chartwells K12 is seeking a Senior Sales Director to cover the Eastern and Western United States. This position focuses on developing trusted relationships within the nation’s largest school districts and leads to profitable market growth of new Chartwells K-12 school accounts as an individual contributor. The role is based near a major metropolitan airport in the Eastern or Western United States and requires extensive travel (up to 75%).
Salary: base $120,000 - $140,000 plus commissions. Benefits and additional compensation include annual bonus payouts, 401k, expense account, annual Sales Excellence trip (all expenses paid), company-provided vehicle, paid vacation, and opportunities for internal mobility and development.
