Based on the above, an incoming Senior Sales Associate can expect to be brought in starting at $22/hr base + commission opportunitieswith the opportunity to grow from there.
Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.
The Senior Sales Associate (SSA) supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic by leading through example on the sales floor and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role acts as an experienced peer leader—helping drive sales performance,providinginformal guidance to team members, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The SSAis responsible forsupporting smooth shift execution and operational excellence but does not hold final authority for hiring, scheduling, or policy decisions.
Reports To : Clinic Manager
Travel is not a requirement for this role but may occasionally involve providing support to neighboring stores during peak times or special events.
This role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of high-volume clinic environments. This provides opportunities to lead during peak times, oversee key events, and support new initiatives.
The Senior Sales Associate role is an on-site role, requiring a strong presence during assigned shifts to lead operations, engage with clients, and support team success.
