Job summary

Access is seeking a Senior Sales Associate in the Austin/San Antonio area to support the sales team, begin to independently manage smaller accounts, qualify opportunities, and develop new business within the market.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Creative, hotel partners, vendors, and clients to craft thoughtful program solutions, build relationships with hotels and destination partners, and help shape proposals with budgets, itineraries, transportation, gifting, and site visits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, hospitality, events, destination management, or a related client-facing environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Comfortable prospecting, conducting outreach, and developing new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups.
  • Knowledge of the Austin hospitality, hotel, venue, or events market is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Creative, Operations, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

About the Job

As a Senior Sales Associate at Access, you will support the sales team while beginning to independently manage smaller accounts, qualify opportunities, and develop new business within the market.
