Job summary

SAIC is seeking a SailPoint Senior Systems Engineer to fortify DOT identity management and cybersecurity efforts in Washington, DC. You will lead ILM/MUR deployments, coordinate with DHS/CISA integrators, and integrate SailPoint with ServiceNow across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week in Washington, DC, deep SailPoint expertise, and proven AD/HR integrations. You will support PAM tools, CDM dashboards, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 18+ years of experience or Master’s with 16+ years or PhD/JD with 15+ years.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in engineering support with design, pilots, analysis and documentation.
• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification required; within 1 year if exception granted.
• Three years’ experience in integrated lifecycle management for large enterprise environments.
• Three years’ SailPoint administration experience including AD/HR integrations.
• U.S. citizenship or green card with 3 years residency; ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DHS CISA integrators and DOT stakeholders on ILM/MUR implementations.
• Integrate SailPoint with DOT ServiceNow environment and maintain ILM across dev/test/prod.
• Support PAM tools and AC/AD integrations; build system connections and CDM dashboard integrations.
• Deploy software updates, report on IdentityIQ operations, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and participate in Disaster Recovery testing; document recovery plans.
• Ensure DOT change-management alignment and enhance reporting/data integrity for CDM dashboards.
