Job summary

Adams and Associates, in partnership with New Hampshire Job Corps Center in Manchester, NH, seeks a Senior Safety & Security Advisor who will lead campus safety initiatives, mentor students and staff, and coordinate visitor control to maintain a safe living and working environment.

Responsibilities include investigating incidents, ensuring OSHA/DOL/Job Corps compliance, delivering center-wide safety training, inspecting facilities, and guiding students to uphold Career Success Standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in military, law enforcement, or security operations.
• Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus safety by assisting the Safety & Security Department with visitor control and student accountability.
• Investigate and analyze incidents to prevent recurrences.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOL, Job Corps, and company safety directives.
• Lead center-wide safety and accident prevention training for staff and students.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address security hazards.
