Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to lead safety programs on commercial construction projects in the Framingham area. The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, accident investigation, daily safety oversight, and coordination with subcontractors to maintain a culture of safety.

You will report to the Owners Representative and leverage extensive field experience, CSP is preferred, with a focus on evolving corporate health and safety plans and leadership across safety teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years direct construction and General Industry safety experience required.
• BCSP: CSP preferred.
• Experience managing safety teams.
• Owners Representative experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Experience developing a Corporate Health and Safety Plan.
