Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to support client and project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented and safety compliance requirements are met on our construction and general industry sites in Massachusetts.

The role focuses on leading safety teams, developing corporate health and safety plans, and embedding HazTek's core values—integrity, compassion, dependability, leadership, and accountability—across projects. Local candidates only; there is no travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years direct construction and General Industry safety experience.
• BCSP: CSP preferred.
• Experience managing safety teams.
• Owners Representative experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Experience developing a Corporate Health and Safety Plan.
• Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability.
