Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Risk Management and Insurance, Safety Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in loss control, risk management, or related field within P&C insurance.
• Professional designation such as CSP/ARM/CFPS/CSHMS/ALCM/OHST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts complex risk assessments for insured properties and operations.
• Identifies risk exposures and formulates mitigation strategies.
• Interprets loss data to design tailored loss prevention programs.
• Provides advanced technical guidance and training for clients on safety and regulatory compliance.
• May coach staff and participate in talent decisions.
