Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive safety management experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on construction experience with field operations.
• Experience governing enterprise safety programs across multi-site environments.
• Strong analytical capability with metrics, dashboards and incident data.
• Proven leadership across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience designing and delivering safety training for multiple levels.
• Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of the construction safety management system across projects and sites.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and accountability aligned with OSHA and client expectations.
• Monitor compliance via audits, inspections, and management reviews.
• Develop enterprise safety dashboards and risk analytics for leading/lagging indicators.
• Use data to identify systemic risks and guide mitigation strategies.
• Integrate safety into planning, mobilization, and contractor management.
• Lead serious incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Coach site safety professionals and leaders to strengthen field engagement.
• Develop and deliver training programs for leaders, supervisors, and craft workers.
