Qualifications

• 10+ years of safety leadership or management experience.
• OSHA 500 – Trainer Course in OSHA Standards for Construction.
• CHST – Construction Health and Safety Technician certification.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing safety programs.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior safety resource and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Provide on-call safety leadership and support.
• Evaluate and improve safety programs, policies, and practices.
• Conduct jobsite and facility assessments with actionable feedback.
• Coach and mentor safety personnel and operations leaders.
• Develop internal team members and emerging safety professionals.
• Assist with incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Support OSHA compliance and regulatory inspection preparation.
• Deliver safety meetings, training, and executive coaching.
• Travel regionally to client locations as needed.
