The Beck Group in Dallas seeks a Senior Safety Coordinator to lead safety programs across multiple projects. You will collaborate with project staff and subcontractors to develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Beck’s Zero Accident Plan.
This role requires 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 500, and a related degree or equivalent experience. You will conduct training, investigations, weekly site inspections, and maintain safety

As a Senior Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of safety standards and practices across our construction projects. You will lead a project team and collaborate closely with project staff, and subcontractor representatives, to develop and implement effective safety programs and protocols. Your expertise in safety regulations, incident investigation, training, and risk management will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and secure work environment to develop a positive safety culture.

Physical Demands:
Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; frequently ascends/descends ladders and stairs; constantly works in various outdoor weather conditions; frequently moves equipment up to 50Ibs to various locations on site; constantly communicates with subcontractors, vendors, and other members of project team; ability to constantly move around job site on uneven surfaces; Spends much of the day standing. Ability to adhere to consistent and timely attendance.
