Holder Construction Group is seeking a Senior Safety Coordinator for our project in Franklin Furnace, OH. This full-time, in-person role leads safety execution, mentors junior staff, and acts as a key safety leader within the project team.

Responsibilities include reviewing JHAs and MOPs, conducting investigations, mentoring coordinators, and driving a proactive safety culture across complex operations. Equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 preferred.
• BCSP certification (ASP, CSP, or CHST preferred).
• Competent Person training (e.g., cranes, rigging, NFPA 70E).
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Safety Coordinator to join our Safety team on our project in Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position. The Senior Safety Coordinator leads safety execution for major project scopes, mentors junior safety staff, and serves as a key safety leader within the project team. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and consistent program delivery across complex operations.
