TruBlue Home Service Ally in Virginia is hiring a Home Service Technician to help homeowners maintain, repair, and improve their homes. You will perform a wide variety of tasks with safety and quality in mind, while building trust with customers.

The role emphasizes helping seniors age safely in place, communicating professionally, and working both independently and with the TruBlue team. A valid driver's license, fluent English, and a strong work ethic are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid experience in home repair, remodeling, handyman services, or a related trade
• Strong general home repair and maintenance skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and doing the job right
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Courteous, professional, and respectful attitude
• Ability to work comfortably in customers' homes
• Fluent English communication skills
• Legal authority to work in the United States
