Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or technical field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in pharma/biotech statistical programming or CROs providing support.
• Advanced programming in SAS, R, Python; strong knowledge of statistical concepts.
• Experience with real-world data (RWD) including EMR/claims/registries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide programming support for RWE projects to deliver TLFs on time and address ad-hoc requests.
• Develop and maintain macros/tools to support all programming needs; implement and maintain them.
• Evaluate and enhance the computing environment; identify issues and lead improvement activities; develop training materials as SME.
• Contribute to building a strong RWD/RWE computing environment and promote AI/ML solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ML/AI technologies and collaborate with analytics groups to improve efficiency.
