Job summary

Prevail Legal is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a fully remote role reporting to the CTO. The position emphasizes building end-to-end solutions, collaborating in a distributed team, and leveraging Gen-AI tools to enhance development workflows.

Strong experience in Ruby on Rails, AWS, and Docker is required. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years Rails, 7+ years coding, and a track record mentoring junior developers in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• 7+ years coding experience.
• AWS experience with one of: 6+ years developer, or 6+ years infra management, or 4+ years with AWS cert.
• Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and their practical applications in development workflows.
• Ability to build end-to-end solutions with minimum coupling.
• Strong git/source control.
• Comfortable with object-oriented and functional programming paradigms.
• Ability to co-write technical documentation with AI.
• Experience with Docker.
