TalentFish is seeking an RTR SAP Solution Designer in Lisle, IL for a contract-to-hire engagement. The candidate will provide functional and technical SAP R2R expertise across GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and banking interfaces to support the finance organization.

Ideal candidates have extensive SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA experience, lead roles, and strong data and governance skills. The role requires collaboration across teams and adherence to SOX controls.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years with a Master's, or 14+ years without a degree.
• SAP FI/CO SME with hands‑on configuration across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, FSCM, CCA, PCA, and Concur.
• Experience designing COA structures and accounts that translate business requirements into system specs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Group Reporting, Fixed Assets, Project Systems, WBS, and Earned Value Management.

Mansioni

• Support SAP R2R systems across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, FSCM, CCA, PCA, Material Ledger, CO‑PA, and Concur.
• Design and implement scalable SAP solutions to meet business needs.
• Own ABAP developments (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms).
• Plan and manage enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing support while enforcing governance and audit compliance.
