Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on RTL or HLS experience with a commercial tool.
• Fixed-point arithmetic and bit-accurate modeling knowledge.
• Python development for toolchain automation and testing.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with simulation and functional verification flows.

Responsibilities

• Develop C++ and post-HLS passes to produce readable RTL.
• Contribute to CI/CD qualification including RTL simulation and verification.
• Collaborate across disciplines to extend production-ready RTL capabilities.
