Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a CDP Architect specializing in Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) to design, implement, and maintain scalable, privacy‑compliant customer data architectures for a major telecom client. Adobe AEP platform administration and related services (Launch, CJA, Journey Optimizer) are required as the Adobe ecosystem expands.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in marketing tech, MarTech architecture, or data engineering.
Multiple end-to-end RTCDP implementations with architecture, ingestion, and activation.
Hands-on RTCDP and AEP experience including XDM schema design and identity resolution.

Responsibilities

Serve as the platform expert for Adobe RTCDP, advising on architecture and governance.
Architect data models, schemas, datasets, and mappings for enterprise CDP needs.
Design identity strategies including namespaces, stitching rules, and profile merging.
Manage roles and permissions in AEP to ensure proper access control.
Oversee health and maintenance to stay compliant with policies.
Plan data ingestion pipelines (batch, streaming, SDK, API) with privacy controls.
Enable profiling for global/domestic/telecom consent with data quality checks.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement XDM, transformations, and monitoring.
Define and optimize segmentation and activation across AEP destinations.
