Qualifications

• 7+ years in web-based system development including Java or Python.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• RPA experience is a plus.
• Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSON, JavaScript, AJAX.
• Experience with Oracle database server, SQL, PL/SQL procedures.
• Data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications and modules.
• Manage the end-to-end software lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Lead and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews.
• Monitor operation of RPA solutions and enhance as needed.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to define requirements.
• Implement automated testing and ensure security and performance.
• Participate in meetings to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Write unit, integration, and production tests; troubleshoot performance.
